Rules and How To Play

Download the MobileAssist™ App from GooglePlay or the Apple App Store and register using your mobile number and contact details. You must opt-in in order to participate in the Scratch & Win Campaign.
Answer the trivia questions that are sent to you via the MobileAssist™ App each day. You will be charged a nominal fee for each question you attempt, and this will be applied to the purchase of an electronic raffle ticket. Correct answers may be awarded an exclusive scratch off instant win prize in the MobileAssist™ App. Incorrect answers will not be awarded with an instant win prize. Each question attempted enters you into the Grand Prize drawing. The more questions answered increases your odds of winning a prize in the Grand Prize drawing.

Terms and Conditions
All participants agree to be bound by the following;

  • Participants may answer as many trivia questions as they wish.

  • All Participants must install and register the MobileAssist™ App in order to play Scratch & Win.

  • CBI Mobile (Bahamas) Ltd assumes no responsibility or liability for technical difficulties cause by, malfunctioning mobile devices, poor or inadequate data or network connections used by the participant that are provided by third-parties.

  • Participants must be 17 years or older, or satisfy the legal age limit required by their local laws in order to participate in a raffle

  • Employees of CBI Mobile, or employee’s immediate family members are not eligible to win prizes as part of the Grand Prize drawing.

  • Participants may play Scratch & Win until the expiration date and time of the promotion

  • All Participants agree to be photographed via still shots and/or video, and have their identities used for promotional purposes in local media as well as social media sites that may be managed by CBI Mobile (Bahamas) ltd, its partners, and distributors, Commercial Customers or End Users.

  • Winners will be determined by raffle drawing for the award of Grand prizes. Prizes will be awarded in the order determined by CBI Mobile or other third-parties that CBI Mobile may be working with as part of the raffle promotion.

  • Cash prizes as may be applicable may be awarded in the form of a pre-paid bank debit card, or a cash equivalent.

  • Non cash prizes will be named at the time they are awarded to the winner(s).
