You are not allowed to create derivative versions of the app. The MobileAssist^™ App, and all trademarks, trade secrets, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights associated with the app are the property of CBI Mobile (Bahamas) Limited (“CBI”)and its subsidiaries.

The purchase of MobileAssist^™ Credits within the app has been created using industry best practices with respect to Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance. We also leverage the use of third-party services to provide this service to you. We will apply best efforts to ensure that your personal information is kept secure with respect to the transactions that you make within the app. When you purchase MobileAssist^™ Credits, they will remain for valid for use for up to five years from the initial data of purchase. MobileAssist^™Credits cannot be refunded or transferred to another user within the app. MobileAssist^™ Credits may be used within the app as per the available functionality which may include special promotions, mobile commerce, donations, or bill payment. The available functionality that allows for the use of MobileAssist^™ Credits may change from time to time without notice.

CBI reserves the right to discontinue distributing and supporting the app at any time without notice. Unless otherwise communicated, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in will automatically terminate; (b) you must discontinue use of the app, and delete it from your device.
