Return/Refund Policy


The services that CBI Mobile (Bahamas) Ltd. provides are marketed under the name MobileAssist.  The company provides services on a professional services and monthly subscription fee structure.  All services that are purchased are provided electronically and no physical product is available. Customers have the option to test all functional features before they execute a service agreement for the services. Upon execution of the services agreement the one time set up/configuration is required.  This fee will not be refunded to the customer after the functional channel services have been configured.

The monthly support services fee is paid in arrears on a monthly basis. A customer can discontinue their subscription services at anytime upon thirty (30) days written notice. At the time of termination, the customer will only be billed for the portion of the month that the services have been utilized.  As may be required CBI Mobile will refund to the customer any un used portion of the monthly services fee.

Delivery Services Method

All services are delivered to the Merchants electronically via the CBI Mobile (Bah) Ltd. app and management platform.
